Product Management and MarCom Director at Trane Europe
 Lead team of six people responsible of product management and marketing communication for leading company in the HVAC industry.
 Manage and direct the European Area HVAC unitary business and product portfolio valued at $150M. Role includes preparation of annual operating plan (AOP) and monthly business review to follow up on sales progression looking at growth, contribution margin, price realization, market and competition analysis.
 Develop and implement the Strategic Long Range Plan and Product Portfolio Life Cycle for HVAC Unitary Portfolio including budget coordination. Taking into account markets, customers, and channel needs.
 Responsible for new product development of the HVAC Unitary portfolio using stage-gate process to effectively launch new products.
 Organized multiple new partnerships with key suppliers to accelerate portfolio development and increase sales in growth opportunities in Europe by leveraging Trane core competencies and sales channels.
 Manage Marketing budget estimated at one million Euro for the development of new communication platforms (website, social media, traditional marketing documents) with the goal to increase brand awareness and product knowledge.
